蚕种催青智能测控系统的设计

摘    要:在蚕种催青过程中,催青室内的温度、湿度等参数需进行严格控制.温、湿度控制的精度决定了催青质量的好坏,进而直接影响着蚕农的收入和出口创汇.蚕种催青智能测控系统能同时对多个蚕种催青室的温、湿度进行实时监测、计算处理,并按催青工艺参数要求对各室温、湿度进行自动控制,满足蚕种催青的技术要点,其效果显著优于传统催青技术.本文论述系统的组成,实现系统功能的硬件设计和软件设计等.

Abstract:The first important stage in the life cycle of silkworms is their hastened hatching. In which the temperature and humidity must be controlled accurately in line with the requirements of the development of the silkworm eggs. A smart control system for this purpose has been developed which can real-timely monitor any changes in temperature or humidity in the hatching room and exert automatic control according to the hatching parameters provided. Employed in commercial silkworm rearing, this system helped to raise hatching percentage per day and cocoon yield significantly as compared with the traditonal methodsfor temperature and humidity regulation. This paper describes the structure and function of the system and the desing of its hardware and software.
