| 摘 要： | 试验以探讨ZZWW型四倍体雌蚕在减数分裂中性染色体行为为目的 ,用玉泽的过冷却处理方法诱发的四倍体雌蚕 (ZZWW )与带有伴性赤蚁基因的二倍体雄蚕 (ZschZsch)交配 ,发现有ZZWW型三倍体发生。根据ZZWW型三倍体发生 ,分析四倍体雌蚕减数分裂中形成配子的种类和比例、遗传学行为及ZZWW型三倍体蚕的形成机制

| Abstract: | To study the chromosomal separation of ZZWW tetraploid silkworm in meiosis,tetraploid females(ZZWW) were obtained by cool shock.ZZWW triploid was found in their progenies,when tetraploid females(ZZWW) crossed with diploid males (Z sch Z sch ).According this we analyzed the kind,ratio and genetic behavior of gametid of tetraploid females in meiosis,and the mechanism of ZZWW triploid. |
