| 摘 要： | 数字参考咨询是90年代迅速兴起的一种新的服务方式,是传统参考咨询在网络环境下的继承和发展。本文分析了数字参考咨询的特点,简要介绍了数字参考咨询的发展状况并指出了其中存在的若干问题。

| Abstract: | Digital Reference Services (DRS) is a new mode of the reference services, which appeared in the nineties of the twentieth century. The DRS is the inheritance and development of traditional reference services under the network environment. These paper analyses specialties of DRS introduce status of the DRS and indicate the problems in the DRS. |
