遥感技术在新疆决策服务中的应用

新疆地域广、地形复杂、生态系统类型多,气候干旱少雨,为卫星遥感监测分析应用提供了得天独厚的基础条件。多年来,根据决策服务需求,不断地改进卫星遥感监测模型,细化监测产品,为新疆的决策服务提供了有力的技术支持。在服务产品中应用积雪、洪水、火情等卫星遥感监测结果,使新疆气象局的决策服务产品从内容到表达形式等都更为丰富,在自治区凸显了气象部门高新技术行业特色。在重大气象服务中,收到了良好的社会效益。

The Application of Remote Sensing Technology in Decision-making Service of Xinjiang

Xinjiang, a vast region with complex terrain, ecosystem types and drought climate, has provided advantaged conditions for the remote sensing monitoring analysis of satellite. Over the years, according to the needs of decision-making service, the remote sensing monitoring model was constantly improved, and monitoring products were detailed, which provided powerful technical support for decision-making in Xinjiang. In the service products, the snow, floods, fires and other remote sensing monitoring results were applied, which extended the contents and forms of decision-making service products, and highlighted the innovative and high technology characteristics of Xinjiang Meteorological Bureau. Especially, the major meteorological service has received good social benefits.
