西南大学桑资源圃部分桑树品种亲缘关系RAPD分析

摘    要:利用RAPD遗传标记鉴定了西南大学桑资源圃保存的22个桑树品种的亲缘关系。聚类图首先将新疆药桑分出,将其它21个品种聚类为两大支、6小支。新疆药桑与其它桑品种亲缘关系远,大花叶皮桑、盐亭20号、国丰、七六一,有较近的亲缘关系;樱桃、多胡早生、收获一、吉木沙尔黑桑有较近的亲缘关系;金龙、强兵、鹤田、梨儿桑、湖南早生有较近的亲缘关系;油匠当当、姬鹤有较近的亲缘关系;改良十文字、纳溪桑、民主粉红有较近的亲缘关系;剑持、伊达柴木、马蹄桑有较近的亲缘关系;大花叶皮桑亲缘关系靠近白桑,瑞穗桑、山桑与白桑、鲁桑有较近的亲缘关系。未见亲缘关系与地理分布的迁移规律,建议在杂交育种亲本选择时,最好先做亲缘关系分析。

RAPD-Based Kinship Analysis of 22 Mulberry Varieties in Southwest University Mulberry Germplasm Garden

Abstract:The kinship among 22mulberry varieties preserved in Southwest University Mulberry Germplasm Garden was identified based on RAPD genetic markers.According to the dendrogram constructed,Xinjiang Morus nigra was separated at first.The other 21materials were then divided into two main branches and six small branches.Phylogenetically,Xinjiang M.nigra was shown to be distant from the other mulberry varieties.Relatively close genetic relationship was found among Dahuayepisang,Yanting 20,Guofeng and 761,among Yingtao,Duohuzaosheng,Shouhuoyi and Jimushaerhei sang,among Jinlong,Qiangbing,Hetian,Liersang and Hunan Zaosheng,between Youjiang Dangdang and Jihe,among Gailiang Shiwenzi,Naxi Sang and Minzhu Fenhong,and among Jianchi,Yidachaimu and Mati Sang.M.cathayana(Dahuaye Pisang)and M.alba shared a close kinship.M.mizuho and M.bombycis shared a close kinship with M.albaand M.multicaulis.No regular pattern of kinship and geographic distribution were found and,therefore,it is best to do analysis of kinship before choosing crossbreed parents.
