四川省7个特色桑品种RAPD分析

摘    要:利用RAPD方法对四川省的7个特色桑树品种进行了亲缘关系分析。圌桑10号、盘桑2号与浙江裂叶火桑、四川鬼桑、剑持亲缘关系近;圌桑6号、圌桑12号、圌桑11号、圌桑14号与斯里兰卡桑、保康蒙桑、广西鸡桑亲缘关系近;圌桑2号与广东荆桑亲缘关系近。RAPD资料能将种以下的品种细分。但RAPD聚类图将广东荆桑、圌桑2号首先分出,将钦州长果、重庆构树、云南长穗、荥经川桑、金佛山华聚在第一大类,结果难以解释,与中国植物志桑属的分类相矛盾。建议在分析桑属的系统学时,先用ITS资料进行初步分类,确定亲缘关系大致框架,再用RAPD资料对种下不同品种进行细分。

RAPD Analysis of Several Characteristic Mulberry Varieties from Sichuan Province

Abstract:RAPD was used to analyze the genetic relationship among 7special mulberry varieties from Sichuan Province.Phylogenetically,Chuan Sang No.10and Pan Sang No.2were found to be closely related to Morus mizuho of Zhejiang and M.mongolica var.diabolicaand M. bombycis of Sichuan,Chuan Sang No.6,Chuan Sang No.12,Chuan Sang No.11and Chuan Sang No.14were closely related to Sri Lanka Sang,M.mongolicaof Baokang and M.australis of Guangxi,and Chuan Sang No.2was closely related to M.atropurpurea of Guangdong.RAPD data can be used to subdivide mulberry varieties of subspecies.However,based on the RAPD dendrogram,M.atropurpureaof Guangdong and Chuan Sang No.2were first separated,and M.macrouraof Qinzhou,Broussonetia papyrifera of Chongqing,M.wittiorumof Yunnan,M.notabilis of Yingjing and M.cathayanaof Jinfoshan were clustered into the first group.The above results were difficult to explain,for they were inconsistent with the classification of Morusin China Flora.It is recommended that in phylogenetic studiesy of Morus apreliminary classification be made based on the ITS data of the materials,and then the RAPD data be used to classify different varieties of subspecies.
