摘    要:
综述了蚯蚓用于土壤污染生物标志物的主要类型,包括酶活性作为土壤污染的生物标志物、溶酶体中性红染色保持时间、热休克蛋白、金属硫蛋白、组织和超微结构变化、DNA损伤、大分子加合物等;并对几种生物标志物机理、特性、检测实例以及在污染土壤生态毒理诊断中的应用前景进行了评述。

Abstract:
In this paper,the main types of earthworm biomarkers for the eco-toxicological diagnosis of soil pollution were reviewed,including the activities of several enzymes,the lysosomal neutral red retention,heat shock protein,metallothionein,ultrastructural change in tissue,DNA damage,macromolecular adduct etc.The mechanism,characteristics and test examples of several biomarkers were commented,and their application prospects in the eco-toxicological diagnosis of soil pollution were also discussed.
