摘    要:
小麦茎秆还田能够改良土壤,提高土壤生产力,保护生态环境,节本增产增效,对于发展低碳农业、持续农业、生态农业和有机农业具有重要意义.为了提升农业生产作业的新价值,高效利用小麦机械化收获、秸秆粉碎还田、旋耕机械、水稻旱育抛秧技术,应适时培育水稻壮秧、高标准抛秧,加强田间水浆、肥料、病虫草害管理等关键环节.
