水杨酸对脱毒马铃薯扦插苗的生理影响

摘    要:用水杨酸处理脱毒马铃薯扦插苗茎段,研究了脱毒马铃薯茎段扦插苗的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及可溶性蛋白含量的动态变化。结果表明,水杨酸可以明显提高SOD酶活性,抑制CAT酶活性,增加植物体内的可溶性蛋白含量,使扦插苗的抗性有所改善,有助于扦插苗快速、安全地渡过危险期。

Abstract:As an important endo-signal molecular, salicylic acid has a leading function in the elicitation of induced resistance. The effection of SA on CAT,SOD activities and soluble protein content of breeding stem section of dehydrated virus potato. The results indicated that SA could increase SOD activities and soluble protein content, reduce CAT activities. In the end, the stem section of dehydrated virus potato can go through dangous time safely for increased the resistance
