摘    要:从蔬菜中镉的来源、含量和蔬菜对重金属镉的累积特点,提出了镉污染蔬菜的防治对策,指出应根据不同程度土壤镉污染的状况,密切配合各项农艺措施的实施来种植不同品种的蔬菜.

Abstract:After the vegetables contaminated by cadmium were eaten, the cadmium was accumulated constantly in the food chain, which has become a main way that endanger people's health. Cadmium source, content and accumulation characteristic were in detail discussed in order that preventive measures on cadmium contamination of vegetable were proposed. Appropriate combination of vegetable varieties and agricultural protective measure were also pointed out.
