| Abstract: | By analyzing the cause of the decline of readers’ use efficiency in Tianjin Agricultural Science and Technology Library,the author put forward a series of countermeasures,such as strengthening the intercommunion between librarians and readers,the construction of farmer science and technology library,improving the quality of the librarians,strengthening the propaganda of Tianjin Agricultural Science and Technology Library. |
