我国农村劳动力转移问题研究

农村劳动力转移是解决"三农"问题的主要出路,但我国农村劳动力转移在经历起始、加速、缓慢发展和迅猛扩张后,已进入了平稳发展的新阶段.阐述了新阶段我国农村劳动力转移中暴露的诸多问题,进而从整体和系统的角度来分析制约我国农村劳动力转移的因素,认为主要是缺乏就业条件和制度条件,并提出了新阶段实现我国农村劳动力转移的对策.
