高产水稻品种主要经济性状遗传分析及其超高产育种策略的探讨

摘    要:利用20个高产水稻品种(系),研究了与产量有关的12个经济性状的基本遗传参数,并进行了主成分分析.结果表明穗数/m2、产量、株高、千粒重的遗传力较高,结实率、干物重、颖花量相对较低;剑叶面积、穗下节长、穗数/m2、颖花量、实粒数/穗、单株产量、单株干重和千粒重均与产量呈显著或极显著相关关系;入选品种主要特征性状为产量、实粒数/穗、单株穗数、株高、穗数/m2.以上结果说明,在淮北地区气候条件下,超高产育种应采取在单位面积足穗基础上,提高每穗粒数和千粒重的育种策略.

Abstract:The genetic parameters of the 12 economical characters for 20 high\|yield cultivars were estimated in 1997 and their principal components were analysed. The results indicated: the heritabilities in the broad sense of the ears/m\ 2, yield/plot, plant height, weight/1000 grains were comparative high, those of the spikelet numbers/ear, dry weight/plant and ripped grains percentage were low. The yield was found to have extremely significantly or significantly correlation with flag leaf area, length of uppermost internode, ear numbers/m\ 2, spikelete numbers/ear. Filled grain numbers/ear, yield/plant, dry weight/plant and weight/1000 grains. The selected principal factors were yield, filled grain numbers/ear, ear numbers/plant, plant height, ear numbers/m\ 2. The results suggested that the selection of the superhigh\|yield rice varieties should increase the grain numbers/ear and weight/1000 grains, based on the more ears/m\ 2.
