摘    要:为进一步广泛利用沼渣生产无公害蔬菜,改善蔬菜的品质,本试验以腐熟的牛粪和秸杆混合物为栽培基质,配施沼渣来研究其对提高基质栽培番茄果实品质的影响。结果表明,适宜地使用沼渣可以不同程度的提高番茄果实还原糖、固形物、茄红素、VC等的含量,降低硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的含量,使其品质得到改善。

Effect of Biogas Residue on the Quality of Tomato Quality
Abstract:The objectives of this experiment were to further the use of biogas residue to improve the quality of vegetables and to produce pollution-free vegetables.In this experiment,the mixture of decomposed cow manure and plant straws was used as the growing media to investigate the effect of biogas residue on the quality of tomato by employing different levels of biogas residue.The result showed that when biogas residue was utilized appropriately,the content of reducing sugar,solids,Lycopene and Vitamin C were increased in varying extent,and the concentration of nitrate and total acidity were decreased.All of these cause the quality of tomato improved.
