蔗糖代谢相关酶的研究进展

摘    要:植物生长发育所需要的光合产物大部分以蔗糖的形式供应和运输,而与蔗糖合成密切相关的酶主要有3种:蔗糖磷酸合成酶、蔗糖合成酶转化酶。这3种酶对植物的生长发育有重要的影响,现对这3种酶的代谢及生理生化功能作以综述。

Abstract:Sucrose is the primary form of photosynthesis product in the plant growth to supply and transportation.SPS,SS and Inv are three of the key enzymes regulating sucrose synthesize in plants and play an important role in plant growth.In this article metabolism,physiological and biological functions of the three enzymes were reviewed.
