蛋黄果中微量元素分析

摘    要:采用等离子体发射光谱法对蛋黄果中14种微量元素(钾、钠、钙、镁、磷、铜、铁、锰、锌、钼、镍、铅、镉、铬)进行了分析,结果表明蛋黄果含有钾、钠、钙、镬、磷、铁、锰、锌等人体必需的微量元素.尤其钾、钠、钙、镁、磷等含量很高,而对人体有害的重金属元素铅、镉、铬含量则较低,为进一步研究和综合利用蛋黄果提供了科学依据.

Abstract:14 trace elements(K,Na,Ca,Mg,P,Cu,Fe,Mn, Zn,Mo,Ni,Pb,Cd,Cr)of Lucuma nervosa were analyzed by ICP-OES.The results showed that there are essential trace elemnts such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,P,Fe,Mn,Zn,especially the contents of K,Na,Ca,Mg,P are very high,and the contents of heavy metals Pb,Cd,Cr are relatively low in Lucuma nervosa.The study provides scientific foundation for further study and comprehensive utilization of Lucuma nervosa.
