| Abstract: | Bt transgenic cotton CCRI 30 and its control CCRI 16 were used to study sourcesink relationship of Bt cotton under field and greenhouse condition. The function of source organ of CCRI 30 is lower than that of CCRI 16; however, the sink activity of the former is stronger than that of the latter. Although the export of 14 Clabelled assimilates from leaves of CCRI 30 was enhanced at full-flower stage and bollforming stage, the problem was not solved thoroughly. The paper points out the direction for Bt cotton culture in the production. |
