正、反转旋耕不同耕作性能的比较

摘    要:为分析和比较正转旋耕和反转旋耕的作业情况 ,进行了正、反转旋耕的对比试验 ,并对田间试验后的土壤进行了计算机扫描。结果表明 :对全耕层土壤的扫描分析 ,可以看到地表与下层土壤不同的碎土情况 ,能够比较真实地反映不同旋耕方式的实际作业效果 ;可以通过配备碎土挡草栅栏等附属装置来改善和提高旋耕机械的作业质量 ;带有碎土挡草栅栏的反转旋耕机的翻土和覆盖性能较好 ,旋耕后可获得良好的土壤耕作层

Abstract:In order to investigate and analyze the performances of different rotary tillage,comparison experiments of up cut and down cut rotary tillage were carried out with two rotary tillers:One was down cut rotary tiller,and the other was up cut rotary tiller which was equipped with a rake at rear part of the rotor.The soil samples after tillage were tested by computer tomography(CT)scanning technology.From the experiments it was indicated that,the up cut rotary tiller equipped with a rake at rear part of the rotor had better tillage performance than the down cut rotary tiller did in the aspects of soil pulverization,turning and covering of grass and straw,and smooth of the field.The CT scanning of soil samples showed different clod pulverization at the field surface and at subsoil layer.
