摘    要:目的]研究混菌固态发酵法降解菜籽粕中硫苷及中性洗涤纤维的发酵条件。方法]采用单因素试验与正交试验对米曲霉与绿色木霉的固态发酵工艺条件进行优化。结果]最佳发酵条件为:含水量40%,接种比例(米曲霉∶绿色木霉)1∶1,发酵时间96h,接种量30%和培养温度30℃。在此条件下硫苷的降解率达到90.71%,中性洗涤纤维降解率达到20.65%。结论]该研究可为固态发酵法生产高品质菜籽粕饲料提供了理论指导。
