小型水利工程质量管理现状及建议

随着霍城县农业基础设施建设资金投入的不断加大，小型农田水利工程作为农业生产中重要的基础设施之一。在发展节水型农业，抵御水、旱灾害中发挥了重要作用。其特点是：单体建筑规模小，兴建数量多，分布面积广，结构相对简单。就因其有着特殊性，工程质量管理常常不被重视，存在的问题和隐患较多。笔者就如何搞好霍城县小型农田水利工程质量管理提出了几点建议。
