转双抗虫基因741杨节肢动物群落生态安全性评价 --转基因741杨对节肢动物群落空间结构的影响

摘    要:应用群落抽样调查方法,在田间试验林,调查比较研究了转双抗虫基因741杨不同抗虫株系节肢动物群落的垂直结构和组成,发现转基因植株和土壤节肢动物亚群落对抗虫基因的灵敏性较高,且优于对照741杨。其中高抗虫741杨植株亚群落结构较为合理。而土壤节肢动物群落则以中等抗虫株系为好。转双抗虫基因741杨地表层和灌草层节肢动物群落多样性、均匀度指数高,优势集中性指数低,稳定性较强,且3个转双抗虫基因741杨株系群落之间差异不大。综合分析表明,转双抗虫基因741杨对节肢动物群落垂直结构具有一定的正面效应。

Abstract:The vertical structure of arthropod community were investigated in transgenic insect-resistance hybrid poplar 741 stands. The results are as follows: In different strains of transgenic insect-resistance hybrid poplar 741 stands, vertical structure of the arthropod sub-community on the tree and in the soil had a higher insect-resistance sensitivity to the insect-resistance genes, and superior to the CK. The structure of high insect-resistance strains sub-community was more rational, and the surface layer and the bush-grass layer arthropod communities had high diversity and uniformity index and a stronger stability, but a low dominancy concentration index. The communities of 3 transgenic insect-resistance hybrid poplar 741 strains had no obvious variance. So, transgenic insect-resistance hybrid poplar 741 showed positive effect on vertical structure of arthropod community.
