| Abstract: | Through introducing the whole process of designing the teaching content of A nimal Products Processing, the related typical job tasks and professional ability of animal products processing were emphatically analyzed. Revolving around the concepts and ideas of the curriculum design, combined with the teaching law and cognitive law of students, the design of the teaching content of the curriculum was discussed, so as to provide references for exploring the teaching content reform of agricultural course Animal Products Processing in secondary vocational schools. |
