摘    要:微生态制剂是由活体微生物构成的活性制剂。科学研究表明,它对动物机体具有多种不同的有益特征,如效果好、无残留等,从而成为世界各国学者的研究热点,并且已经开发出了许多不同的产品应用于市场。微生态制剂中不同的益生菌表现出了不同的生物活性,单独或者混合使用都对动物机体在抗病、营养方面发挥着重要的免疫调节、预防疾病的作用。因此,微生态制剂在畜禽养殖上代替抗生素的使用成为必然发展趋势。综述了微生态制剂的定义、起源、发展及近几年在抗病营养方面对畜禽养殖业的影响。

Abstract:Probiotics are active preparation, composed of living microorganisms. Researches showed that it has a variety of useful characters to animal health, such as good effect,no residues etc. Thus, it has become a research hotspot around the world, and many different products have been developed on the market. Probiotics show different biological activity, and play important roles in preventing disease, nutrition regulation, immune regulatory whether used alone or mixed on animal body. Therefore, it will become an inevitable trend that probiotics replace antibiotics in breeding livestock and poultry. The definition, origin and development of probiotics and progress on anti-disease nutrition of livestock and poultry breeding in recent years were reviewed.
