| 摘 要： | 结合工程的实际情况,对工程投资及年运行费在灌溉、防洪和航运之间进行合理分摊的基础上,采用“同水不同价”和“同水同价”两种方案对驷马山引江工程的理论水价进行了科学核算,推荐采用“同水同价”方案,并对水价实际征收工作提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Connecting with practice, scientific accounting of theoretical water_price of Simashan river_water_diversion project is conducted on the basis of rational apportionment of the project investment and O&P fees among irrigation, flood control and transportation, according to the two scenarios of "different prices for the same water" and "same price for the same water". Through comparison the results of the two scenarios, the scenario of "same price for the same water" is recommended, and suggestion for practical water_fee collection is presented also. |
