温敏雄不育小麦C49S小孢子败育的细胞学研究

摘    要:对温敏雄不育小麦C49S小孢子败育的细胞学观察表明,花粉母细胞减数分裂有异常,小孢子发育的每个阶段均有一定的变异率,在单核早期大量细胞收缩变形,以后细胞发育停滞,细胞质和核物质逐渐解体,成为败育花粉和花药绒毡层细胞肥大,延迟解体等不正常现象,这可能与小孢子败育有关。

Abstract:Cytological studies on microspore abortion in thermo sensitive male sterile wheat C 49S showed that the meiosis of the pollen mother cell was abnomal, and the variation of the micro spore appeared in every stage of its development. In the early uninuclear phase a large number of cells seemed contracted and deformed, but after that, those cells slopped topped growing and the cytoplasm and nucleus in them gradually disintegrated only to form abortive pollens. Meanwhile, the tapetum cells of the anther were inflated and their degradation delayed. All these facts may be relevant to the abortion of the pollen.
