摘    要:目的]为研究植物根际与土壤酶活性及评价土壤环境质量提供理论依据。方法]通过盆栽试验研究了Ph、Zn单独及复合污染对不同生长时期小麦根区、非根区土壤蔗糖酶活性的影响。结果]Pb胁迫下,从幼苗期到抽穗期,根区蔗糖酶活性的增幅分别为401%.461%和444%,非根区增幅分别为365%、356%和405%;从抽穗期到成熟期,根区蔗糖酶活性的降幅分别为44%、53%和39%,非根区降幅分别为37%、67%和58%:幼苗期根区蔗糖酶活性分别下降了67%、72%和72%,非根区分别下降了68%、69%和72%。Zn胁迫下,根区蔗糖酶活性的最大值与最小值之比分别为8.87、16.45和7.35,非根区分别为7.25、17.04和15.24。在Pb—Zn胁迫下,根区蔗糖酶活性的最大值分别为178.558、175.659和254.752mg/g,非根区分别为163.237、160.338和149.986mg/g。结论]在小麦生长过程中,Pb、Zn胁迫下根区蔗糖酶活性高于非根区。
