| 摘 要： | 克隆得到1条新的香蕉束顶病毒(BBTV)6核苷酸全序列,对其进行序列分析发现,该序列含有2个主要的特征序列CR-SL(Stem-loop common regions)和CR-M(Major common regions)。BBTV6氨基酸进化树结果显示其分成2大类。将6种BBTV组分的序列进行比较发现,6种组分内核苷酸和氨基酸的最高相似性分别为96.10%和98.27%,6种组分间核苷酸和氨基酸最高相似性分别为70.78%和56.24%。6种BBTV组分的核苷酸及其氨基酸进化树将所有分离物按照组分类别分成6组,而6种BBTV组分的CR-M核苷酸序列进化树将所有的分离物按照地域分成2大类。对BBTV的6种组分的蛋白质进行分析,结果表明,各种组分蛋白质的二级结构和理化性质有明显的差异。
