| Abstract: | With further deepening of cognizance on the regularities of nature and rapid development of modern technology,more and more artificial regulation technologies and facilities have been applied onto tea processing.This paper has mainly analyzed the key technologies and equipment for fen-flavor Oolong tea processing by means of air-conditional green-making system. |
