Hot Issues, Trend and Evolutionary Path of Demolition and Relocation Research from Housing Demolition to Urban Renewal:An Analysis of Knowledge Graph Based on Citespace Visualization Tool

The visual tool CiteSpace is used to analyze the trend of China''s demolition and relocation research, and the following conclusions are drawn:the research literature has been increasing rapidly since 2007, which is mainly composed of first-class university researchers and has formed a fixed group of authors. The cooperation between research institutions is infrequent and the intensity of cooperation is weak. The top 10 cited literatures focus on community construction, specific cases, system comparison, etc. Hot issues of the research can be classified as housing expropriation and compensation system, benefit sharing mechanism of land expropriation and demolition, conflict mediation mechanism of land expropriation and demolition, social function of demolition and resettlement, role and influence of urban renewal, etc. Demolition is closely related to policy changes in urban expansion, with obvious policy guidance and case dependence. It is necessary to further explore the comparison of demolition modes and the interaction between policy changes and social relations.
