糯质白米谷子新品种冀谷30的选育研究

为推动谷子产业化发展和满足市场多元化需求,河北省农林科学院谷子研究所采用目标性状基因库育种法育成了国内外第1个糯质白米谷子新品种冀谷30。该品种2008年通过了全国谷子品种鉴定委员会鉴定。其突出特点是：（1）将糯质与白米性状聚合到一起,填补了以前生产上没有糯质白米谷子品种的空白,其支链淀粉含量达97.67%,较河北省农林科学院谷子研究所以前育成的糯质黄米谷子品种粘谷1号（支链淀粉含量95.33%）高2.45%;（2）米面均粘,改变了以前糯质谷子品种面粘而米不粘的状况;（3）产量达到了生产应用水平,国家区试产量与高产对照豫谷5号基本持平。

Development of New Waxy and White Millet Variety Jigu 30

To promote the industrialization development of millet,and meet the diverse needs of the market,a new millet variety Jigu 30,the first waxy and white millet variety was developed by breeding technology system on target character gene bank.It was approved by the National Millet Variety Certification Committee in 2008.It had some prominent characters as follows：（1） The character of waxy and white millet was aggregated together.It filled the blank that there was no waxy and white millet variety in production.The amylopectin content was up to 97.67%,which was 2.45% higher than that of waxy and yellow millet variety Niangu No.1 developed by Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences.（2） Rice and flour were all sticky.It changed the situation that the rice was sticky but flour not sticky of waxy millet varieties.（3）The yield of Jigu 30 reached to the production level,which was on the same level with that of the control variety Yugu No.5.
