铜缺乏奶牛神经递质酶的组化特征

摘    要:为探讨铜缺乏对奶牛大脑、小脑及脊髓乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACHEase)组化特征(分布特点及活性)的影响,本实验选择铜缺乏症高发区自然发病的奶犊牛6头,剖杀后采集大脑、小脑、脊髓作冰冻切片及酶组化染色,以6头同年生健康奶犊牛为对照。实验结果表明,发病奶牛大脑、小脑及脊髓中ACHEase计数值均显著低于对照组奶牛(P<0.05);除大脑外,铜缺额奶牛脊髓上小脑中ACHEase的扫描值也显著低于对照组(P<0.05);发病奶牛脊髓小脑中ACHEase的扫描值也低于对照组(P<0.05);发病奶牛组织中ACHEase酶颗粒的分布也发生特征性的变化。结论:神经递质酶活性的改变是导致奶牛铜缺乏症病理过程的重要原因。

Histochemical Characteristics of Acetylcholine Esterase in Dairy Cattle with Copper Deficiency
Abstract:Six naturally affected calves were selected from the areas where copper deficient disease frequentlyoccurred to verify effect of copper deficiency on the hitochemical characteristics(activitise and distribu-tion) of Acetylcyoline Esterase(ACHEase) in cerebrum, cerebellum and spinal cord of dairy cat-tle. Samples of cerebrum, cerebellum and spinal cord were collected for hitochemically enzymatic stainingafter necropsy while six clinically healthy calves of same age were selected as control. Result the coutingvalues of ACHEase in cerebrum, cerebellum and spinal cord of copper deficient cows were significantlylower than that of control (p <0.05). The scanning values of ACHEase in spinal cord and cerebellum ofhealthy calves were higher than that of the invalid(p <0.05) except for cerebrum. The distribution ofACHEase in neural tissue of invalid calves show specific changes. Conclusion: the change in the activitiesof the neurotransmitter enzymse is one of the main causes of the pathogenetic process in the dairy cattlewith copper deficiency.
