| 摘 要： | 文中在分析森林资源资产评估需求、发展过程和制约因素的基础上提出系统的森林资源资产评估行业发展建设对策,包括构建先进合理的森林资源资产评估管理体制、制定森林资源资产评估行业发展政策与管理法规、完善森林资源资产评估技术规程、发展森林资源资产评估执业主体、加强森林资源资产评估行业管理等。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of demand, development process and the restricted developing factors in forest resource assets assessment, the paper proposed several countermeasures on industry development of forest resource assets assessment, i.e. making proper and advanced changes in management system, issuing new policy and regulations to support development of the industry, improving the technical specifications, motivating new agencies and appraisers and strengthening industrial management, etc. |
