牙鲆群体生化遗传学研究— — Ⅱ.等位酶的生化遗传分析

摘    要:应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对牙鲆Paralichthys olivaceus(T.et S.)]养殖群体进行10种等位酶的电泳检测和谱带遗传分析,确定了21个等位酶位点和25个等位基因,单态位点有Est-2、Est-3、Aat-2、Sod-1、Sod-2、Ldh-1、Mdh-1、Me-1、Adh-2、Sdh-2、Sdh-3、Idh-1、Idh-2、Amy-1、Amy-2和Amy-3,而这些位点仅有1个等位基因。仅有Aat-l、Sdh-1、Adh-l、Est-1和Est-4(P_(0.99)标准)5个位点是多态的,多态位点的百分数为23.81%,而这些位点有2个等位基因。揭示了牙鲆群体等位酶位点及其等位基因带谱的变异式样,为牙鲆遗传育种及遗传结构的研究提供一批等位酶位点及其等位基因参考图谱。

Abstract:Biochemical genetics was investigated using the assay of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in Par-allchthys olivaceus, ten enzymes were presumably encoded by 21 allozyme loci and 25 alleles were scored. The monomor-phic locus with one allele is Est-2,Est-3,Aat-2, Sod-1,Sod-2,Ldh-1,Mdh-1,Me-1,Adh-2,Sdh-2,Sdh-3,Idh-1,Idh-2, Amy-1, Amy-2 and Amy-3; and 5 loci with two alleles are polymorphic. They are Aat-1, Sdh-1, Adh-1 ,Est-1, and Est -4. The percentage of polymorphicloci (P0.99) is 23.81 % . The bands representing loci and alleles of P. olivaceus are showed in the paper and the genetic diversity and genetic structure of P. olivaceus with comparative diagrams of alloz-ymes are provided.
