转基因地被菊晚粉抗旱生理特性研究

摘    要:对转太行菊OtMYB基因晚粉进行干旱胁迫和复水处理,以野生型晚粉和野生太行菊为对照,测定不同水分胁迫下叶片的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖的含量和膜透性,比较外源OtMYB基因表达对转基因晚粉抗旱性的影响.结果表明:随胁迫时间的延长,三者叶片中叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量和相对电...

Abstract:Transgenic chrysanthemum varieties Wanfen with OtMBY from Opisthopappus taihangensis,wide type Wanfen and Opisthopappus taihangensis were treated under water stress for 12 days,then re-watered.In the experiments,chlorophyll,soluble protein,malondianldehyde(MDA),proline,soluble sugar contents in leaves and relative permeability of cell membrane of leaves were determined.With the degree of drought stress increase,for all of the three,the content of chlorophyll in leaves decreased,while MDA,proline contents in...
