野生白鹃梅繁育技术研究

摘    要:对武汉市黄陂区野生白鹃梅Exochorda racemosa(Lindl.)Rehd]的繁育技术进行了试验研究,结果表明,不同药剂及其处理浓度对野生白鹃梅种子的发芽率和枝条扦插成活率的影响存在着明显差异。在扦插繁殖试验中,以嫩枝扦插成活率最高,硬枝扦插的成活率结果极不理想;嫩枝扦插以1 000 mg/L的萘乙酸速蘸5 s处理的成活率最高;在种子繁殖试验中,以1 000 mg/L赤霉素处理的种子发芽率最高,种子发芽的最适温度为20℃,并且种子不存在休眠特性,可随采随播。

Abstract:A series of tests about physiological characteristics and seedling breeding technology of Exochorda racemosa(Lindl.)
