| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法,运用正交试验设计,研究浸泡时间、提取时间、加水量对神农香菊(Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum)挥发油提取率的影响.结果显示,加水量为药材质量的8倍,浸泡3.0 h,提取6.0 h,所得神农香菊挥发油的提取率最高;在放大生产中,提取时间为6.5 h时可得到挥发油最大...
