| 摘 要： | 研究3种不同氮源（蛋白胨、硝酸钠、硫酸铵）对长白山鸡爪苓菌丝体生长及其胞外蛋白酶、多酚氧化酶及纤维素酶活性的影响.结果表明：3种不同氮源对鸡爪苓菌丝体生长有显著影响,在蛋白胨培养基中菌丝生长速度快、菌丝洁白、菌丝体生物量大;鸡爪苓菌丝体的胞外蛋白酶活性在蛋白胨培养基中达到最高;多酚氧化酶和纤维素酶的酶活性在3种不同培养基中亦表现出很大的差异. |
