| 摘 要： | 利用AFLP技术,运用64个引物组合,检测雌雄东北红豆杉基因组DNA的多态性,筛选与东北红豆杉性别相关的分子标记.其中7对引物组合共提供了11个与东北红豆杉性别相关的分子标记,其中10个与东北红豆杉雌性相关的分子标记,仅1个与东北红豆杉雄性相关的分子标记.

| Abstract: | Genomic DNA polymorphism of female and male in taxus cuspidate were detected by amplified length polymorphism(AFLP) technique with 64 primer combination.The molecular markers related to sex locus in taxus were screened.Eleven AFLP markers related to sex were obtained.ten of eleven differential fragments were specific markers in female genomic sequence,just one differential fragments was special marker in male genomic sequence. |
