摘 要: | 以田间和盆栽试验方法比较了谷子壮苗与弱苗形态、生理的差异 ,以及与生态条件的关系。结果表明 ,壮苗的形态粗壮墩实 ,生长齐整 ,叶色浓绿 ,在拔节时根数达 15~ 16条 ,苗高 4 0~ 4 5cm ,苗粗 >0 .5cm ,叶数 7~ 8片 ,叶宽为叶长的 1/ 10左右 ,幼苗充实度 15~ 2 0mg/cm。壮苗的生理基础是根系活性强 ,伤流量比弱苗高 2倍左右 ,地上部生理活性高 ,叶面积大 1倍左右 ,光合速率提高4 6 .8% ,干物质量大 1.8倍 ,NAR达 8~ 9g/m2 ·d ,体内物质向根和叶鞘分配的比率多 1.6 8和 1.74个百分点 ,体内可溶性糖含量高 50 %以上 ,因而幼苗生长健壮

A Comparison of Sound and Weak Seedling in Foxtail Millet |

Abstract: | In present paper, the shape and physiology of sound and weak seedling and the relationship between sound seedling formation and ecological condition were compared in the fields and pot cubalation. The results showed that the shape of sound seedling was very strong, in good growth order and colour of leaf was thick green. During jointing stage the number of root was 15~16 strip, the height of seedling was 40~45cm,the roughness of seedling>0.5cm,the number of leaf was 7~8, the ratio of leaf width to leaf length was about 1∶10,and the solid degree of seedling was 15~20mg/cm. The physiological basis of sound seedling was good activity of root system and high physiological activity of aerial part. Its bleaching amount was 2 folds, leaf area of 2-fold, high photosynthesis rate was 46.85%, dry material was 1.8 times and the partition ratio of body material to root and blade sheath of 1.68 and 1.74 percent higher than those of the weak seedling.The NAR was 8~9g/m·d and the amount of sugar was over 50%. So it growth was very healthy. |
