摘 要: | 本试验建立了一种简便而准确的前处理方法——高效液相色谱法,用于检测青饲料中7种氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留.用高效液相色谱法紫外检测器测定多菌灵,用高效液相色谱柱后衍生系统荧光检测器测定克百威或3-羟基克百威、涕灭威或涕灭威砜、涕灭威亚砜及甲萘威.结果显示:青饲料中7种农药的加标回收率(n=6)在73.2%~98.3%,RSD在2.1%~6.9%,方法的检出限(以3倍信噪比计)为0.19~0.90 μg/kg.

Abstract: | A simple and repeatable pretreatment method was set up by HPLC using uv detector to detect carbendazim, using post-column derivatization system and fluorescence detector to detect other six carbamates pesticides in green fodder. The spiked recoveries varied from 73.2% to 98.3% with relative standard deviations of 2.1%-6.9%, the limits of detection (S/N=3) varied from 0.19μg/kg to 0.90μg/kg. The proposed method was sensitive and highly efficient. |
