冲孔免耕穴播机入土成穴原理的研究

摘    要:将传统的条播免耕播种改为穴播播种,优化和改进了现有穴播机的结构,并研制了一套施力机构,以帮助成穴器入土.对成穴器入土成穴条件进行了理论分析,证明此机构能够解决穴播器在免耕地上的入土成穴问题,为冲孔免耕穴播机的研究设计提供了依据.

Abstract:Hill-drop seeder can substitute for the traditional no-tillage drilling seeder,so as to improve and optimize the structure of existed hill-drop drill,and a set of auxiliary pressure-exerting mechanism for assisting the digger in boring into soil was developed.The theoretical analysis towards the digging condition was carried on as well,which proved that the mechanism was able to solve the digging problem and provide scientific basis for the research and design of this model.
