中国大豆种质资源对大豆孢囊线虫3号生理小种抗性鉴定研究

摘    要:1991-1995年,应用田间自然病圆和病土盆栽鉴定方法,对安徽、河北、福建、山东等24个省市保存的3355份栽培大豆种质资源和186份野生大豆种质资源分别进行大豆孢囊线虫3号生理小种的抗性鉴定。

Abstract:cultivars and 186 wild soybean accessions from different provinces were evaluated for their resistance to race 3 of soybean cyst nematode by natural infection in the field and pot culture with infected soil of race 3 of SCN during 1991-1995. Among the germplasms evaluated 5accessions showed immune, it was 0. 15%of the total evaluation number,19 germplasms showed resistant, it was 0. 57% of the total evaluation number of cultivars. These resistant varieties were almost black in seed color.There was no immune and resistant accessions in wild soybean and soybeans from provinces of south China.
