摘    要:分别采用不同碳源和不同氮源对紫丁香菌丝体进行培养,对比研究其对紫丁香蘑菌丝体生长的影响,分别观察紫丁香蘑菌丝体在培养基中菌落长势、大小、菌丝生长指数及速率。本研究为今后研究紫丁香蘑菌种扩繁、大规模发酵及椴木接种提供了实验依据。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on the mycelial growth of Lepista nuda,different carbon and nitrogen sources were used to culture the mycelium of Syringa oblata.The size,growth potential,growth rate and mycelial growth index of the mycelium were observed.This study provides an experimental basis for further study on the propagation,large-scale fermentation and basswood inoculation of lilac mushroom strains.
