| 摘 要： | 本文以桉树叶为材料,以Sigmascan和Photoshop软件为例,详细介绍了基于数字图像处理法分析叶面积过程,与现行的常规方法测量结果进行了比较,结果表明数字图像处理法操作简捷、测定结果精确、且省时省力;进一步对不同影响因子(像素、图像处理和选择阈值)对数字图像法测定值影响进行了分析讨论,为树木叶面积测量以及叶片图像处理集成软件的开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the paper the measuring methods of Eucalyptus leaf area with digital image processing technology using Sigmascan and Photoshop softwares were introduced and several common used methods of leaf area measurement were compared in detail. The results were showed the digital image processing method were convenient,rapidity and accuracy. The analysis process and the calibration with Sigmascan software was further discussed considering present factors (pixel,digital image processing and choice threshold) .According to the results,the measuring method with digital image processing was feasible and suitable for leaf area,and could be refered to development of the integrated software to leaf area measurement. |
