| 摘 要： | 对山东省不同地区送检的疑似鸭疫里默氏杆菌感染发病的病鸭进行病原菌的分离鉴定。根据培养特性和生化鉴定结果分离出26株鸭疫里默氏杆菌;经玻片凝集试验和琼脂扩散试验得出血清1型10株,血清2型9株,血清6型2株,血清10型2株,还有3株未定型;人工感染试验表明,分离菌株对樱桃谷鸭有很强的致病性;药物敏感试验表明,分离菌株耐药谱广,对氧氟沙星、盐酸恩诺沙星和氟苯尼考较为敏感。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the culture characterization and biochemical tests,twenty-six strains of Riemerella anatipestifer were isolated from suspected sick ducks with infectious serositis from different regions of Shandong Province.They were identified to belong to serotype 1(10 strains),2(9 strains),6(2 strains),10(2 strains) and unknow serotypes(3 strains) respectively after blide agglutilation test and agar gel precipitin experiment.They all had strong pathogenicity to cherry valley ducks and wide drug-resistant spectr... |
