青格达湖乡农村劳动力转移的影响因素及对策研究

从青格达湖乡劳动力转移现状出发,从制度、经济和农民自身素质等角度分析该乡劳动力转移的影响因素,并提出促进青格达湖乡劳动力转移的对策,包括发展农村义务教育事业、开展职业技能培训、大力发展旅游业、推进青格达湖乡城镇化进程以及建立健全剩余劳动力就业服务体系等。

Study on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Rural Labor Force Transfer of Qinggedahu Township

Based on the status of the migration of rural labor force of Qinggedahu Township,the factors affecting the rural labor force transfer were analyzed from the view of institution,economic and the quality of the own,and put forward some countermeasures to promote the rural labor force transfer of Qinggedahu Township,which included developing the rural compulsory education,occupation skill training,develop local tourism,promoting the urbanization of Qinggedahu Township,establishing and perfecting the labor employment service system,etc.
