银杏叶总黄酮水浸提法的研究

摘    要:目的]探索提取银杏叶中总黄酮的最佳条件。方法]采用水浸提的方法,结合单因素试验和正交试验探讨影响黄酮提取的主要因素。结果]结果表明,温度对黄酮提取影响最大,固液比1∶60,在90℃下,每次1 h,重复提取3次,黄酮提取率最高。结论]该研究确立了采用水作为浸提剂从银杏叶中提取总黄酮的最佳方法。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to discuss the optimum conditions for extracting total flavone from the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.Method] Combined single factor test with orthogonal test,main factors that affected the extraction of flavone were discussed by the method of water extraction.Result] Temperature had the most effect on the extraction of flavone.The extraction rate was highest at 90 ℃,with the ratio of solid to liquid being 1∶60,one hour per time,with 3 repetitions.Conclusion] This research confirmed the optimum method of extracting total flavone from the leaves of G.biloba with water as extracting agent.
