抗盐碱制剂对棉花幼苗生理生化特性的影响

摘    要:用盆栽试验研究了经抗盐碱制剂拌种处理的棉株在幼苗生长阶段的生理生化变化,结果表明,在盐碱胁迫条件下,抗盐碱制剂可以提高棉株幼苗成苗率,增强其长势;可增加棉株幼苗叶片的相对含水量、蒸腾速率,可以缓解渗透胁迫造成的生理干旱;同时可促使渗透调节物质脯氨酸质量的增加,减少丙二醛MDA的物质的量浓度,增强过氧化氢酶CAT的活性,稳定膜脂系统.研究结果表明用抗盐碱制剂对种子进行拌种处理可以提高棉花幼苗的抗盐碱生理功能,提高抗盐性.

Abstract:The effects of resistance salt-alkaline preparation on the characters of physiological and biochemical index of cotton seed were studied by pot experiment.The results showed''that the resistance salt-alkaline preparation could? boost cotton seedling emergence rate, enhance its seedling growth condition;it also could increase the relative water content of cotton seedling blade, transpiration rate, and relieve physiological drought caused by osmotic stress;meanwhile, it could impel the content of proline, reduce the content of MDA, enhance the activity of CAT,under salt stress condition All these indicate this resistance salt-alkaline preparation could enhance the salt resistance of cotton seedling.
