四照花鲜果营养成分测定报告

摘    要:四照花为重要的园林植物和野生果树。本文首次报导了其鲜果果汁的如下营养成分含量:Vc24.5mg/100g、蛋白质0.49%、总糖6.25%、19种游离氨基酸37.15mg/100g、20种永解氨基酸439.85mg/100g、总氨基酸445.27mg/100g、15种化学元素4450.40ppm。结果表明该种果实具潜在的开发利用价值。

Abstract:Dendrobenthamia japonica ( DC.) Fang var. chinensis (Osborn ) Fang is an important small ornamental and wild edible fruit tree. Its fresh fruit juice value data are reported for the first time as follow: Vc 24.5mg/100g,proteins 0.49%, sugar 6.25%, 19 free aminoacids 37.15mg/100g, 20 hydrolytic aminoacids 439.85mg/100g and all aminoacids determined 445.27mg/100g, and 15 kinds of chemical elements up to 4450.4 ppm in the fresh fruit juice,showing potentiality of its utilization as a new commercial fruit tree species.
