RGL型烤烟全热风循环烘烤技术研究

 研究结果表明,RGL型烤烟全热风循环烘烤技术,烤房内温湿度分布趋向一致,能明显增大烤房内风速,顶底台最大垂直温差不超过2 ℃,干湿差相差值在1.5 ℃以下。整炉烟叶在基本一致的温湿度条件下变黄干燥,能有效减少烤青烟、挂灰烟及烤红烟等烤坏烟,提高烟叶的内外观质量和烘烤效益。与对照相比较,上等烟比例提高5～7个百分点,原烟均价提高0.79～1.56元/kg,具有明显的提质增效作用。

Research into Flue-curing Technique of RGLFlue-cured Tobacco's Complete Hot Air Cycle

Result of research proves that flue curing technique of RGL flue cured tobacco's complete hot air cycle makes flue-curing barn's temperature and humidity approach accordance, which obviously increases air speed in flue-curing barn, and the largest difference in temperature isn't more than 2 ℃, and then difference in wet and dry is below 1.5 ℃. Tobacco leaves of whole barn turn yellow and dry in the condition that temperature and humidity are general same. As a result, it can effectively prevent curing greenish leaves, scalded leaves and scorched eaves, and so on. It can effectively increase appearance quality and smoking quality of tobacco leaf, containing flue curing benefits. The result is that proportion of superior leaf increase the percentage points to five and seven and averge price of foundation tobacco increases 0.79 yuan/kg and 1.56 yuan/kg, so flue curing technique of complete hot air cycle has the function in increasing quality and benefit.
